Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba announced on the social media platform X on Friday that he told NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg in a telephone conversation that it was necessary to increase and accelerate the supply of arms and ammunition to Ukraine, Ednews reports.
"We coordinated positions ahead of the NATO-Ukraine Council meeting in April. Ukraine welcomes efforts aimed at increasing NATO's role in providing Ukraine with everything it needs to repel Russian aggression," he concluded.
Earlier, Stoltenberg pointed out that Ukraine's issue in its conflict with Russia was not a lack of "courage," but rather a shortage of ammunition and other crucial military resources.
