The panel is moderated by Steinar Essen, Global Mine Action and Development Advisor for the United Nations Development Program (UNDP).
Panel participants include Agora Diplomatico's analytical director of affairs David Martinez, the head of the European Union (EU) Delegation in Azerbaijan Peter Michalko, the director of James Madison University's Center for International Stabilization and Recovery (CISR) Suzanne Fiederlein, the head of the weapons contamination unit for the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), Erik Tollefsen, and researcher Alexandra Frost.
