The Central Election Commission (CEC) of Azerbaijan will send invitations to about 30 organizations to monitor the snap parliamentary elections, CEC Chairman Mazahir Panahov said at a meeting held Tuesday, Ednews.
According to him, invitations have been prepared for observers of the past elections.
