Media Producer of A to Z Media of Qatar Ahmad Zain visited Baku first time in his life. The president of International Eurasia Press Fund (IEPF) Umud Mirzayev welcomed Ahmad Zain at the office of the organization.
Ahmad Zain impressed from the beauty of Baku. He admired cleanness of the city streets. "In other countries, you can see garbages in the streets, but Baku is very clean, which is important for tourists," Zain said.
Some cities focuse on building glass-buildings which is modern or just keep old fashioned constructions. "Baku is successful to keep balance, protecting the classic architecture and building new skyscrapers."
"Baku is mixed of East and West, modern building and system are like West, but in culture and traditions, I feel Eastern spirit here."
"When you listen to the national music of Azerbaijan and taste national cuisine it seems more like Eastern. For me, I am a muslim, when I see mosques here, I feel like I am in East."
"I live in London, people in there smile at you but that smile is not natural, it is something fake, but people in Baku they have natural hospitality, you have special guest traditions."
At the end of the meeting, the President of IEPF Umud Mirzayev got acquainted him about the activities of the organization. Umud Mirzayev explained the purpose of the organization such as helping refugees, IDPs, rasing their problems, promoting peace and security, development of education and civil society.
Ahmad Zain valued tourism potential of Baku very highly, silent, clean and modern but keeping old architecture make the city attractive to tourists.
