It should be recalled that the Armenian government expelled hundreds of thousands of Azerbaijanis who once lived compactly in this country and systematically destroyed their cultural heritage: "The Armenian government does not respond to the calls of the Western Azerbaijani Community, which is the legal representative of those people, to start a dialogue on ensuring the right of return.
As if it was not enough that Armenia demonstrably refused to ensure the right of return of the Azerbaijanis it expelled from their territories, it exhibits an approach that contradicts the territorial integrity of the Republic of Azerbaijan and violates the principle of interfering in the internal affairs of states under the pretext of protecting the rights of Armenians living in Azerbaijan. Armenian officials continue to voice their stupid idea of creating some international mechanism regarding the Armenians living in Azerbaijan.
The Armenian government's not giving a response to the Western Azerbaijan Community's call for dialogue and the negative response to the Azerbaijani government's invitation to dialogue and its efforts to create some international mechanism for the separatist elements who are clearly against the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan show the country's destructive policy.
The Western Azerbaijani Community demands the Armenian Government to abandon the policy against international law and human rights and create conditions for the expelled Azerbaijanis to return to their homes in a safe and dignified manner within the framework of international verification and guarantee mechanisms".
