This weekend at the French Grand Prix marks the 300th event that Hamilton has entered across his F1 career, which began in 2007.
Since his debut at the 2007 Australian Grand Prix, Hamilton has missed just one race.
At the 2020 Sakhir Grand Prix, the seven-time World Champion was ruled out after testing positive for Covid-19, and was replaced by current team-mate George Russell.
Hamilton is currently sixth overall in the all-time F1 entry list, which is headed by Kimi Raikkonen (353), who became the most experienced F1 driver of all-time at the 2020 Eifel Grand Prix from the Nurburgring.
The 2007 World Champion surpassed Rubens Barrichello (326), who currently sits third on the all-time list having also been passed out by Fernando Alonso (347 and growing).
Jenson Button (309) is fourth, with Michael Schumacher (308) fifth ahead of Hamilton.
With 11 races remaining in the 2022 season, Hamilton is set to overtake both Schumacher and Button and end the campaign as the fourth most experienced driver in F1’s history.
Not far behind Hamilton on the list is Aston Martin’s Sebastian Vettel, whose entry into the Le Castellet event will be the 290th of his career.
Hamilton currently sits sixth in the Drivers’ Championship after 11 rounds in 2022, taking four podium finishes – including three in the last three grands prix.
