Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov (pictured) will discuss the Black Sea Grain Initiative with United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres next week, Russian Permanent Representative to the UN Vasily Nebenzya said on Tuesday.
Ednews reports that Russia will preside over UN Security Council meetings on April 24 and 25.
Nebenzya said that there is currently "no movement" in negotiations to extend the grain deal. Russia insists the West must meet five conditions before it considers extending the agreement past the May 18 deadline.
