Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov (pictured) said on Sunday that there are no plans for a meeting between Russian and United States Foreign Ministers Sergey Lavrov and Anthony Blinken, Ednews reports citing Sputnik.
Speaking to reporters, Ryabkov confirmed that a bilateral meeting at a ministerial level wasn't planned during the upcoming United Nations Security Council event in New York scheduled for April 24 and 25.
"If Blinken appears there, we will be determined by the circumstances. If not, I repeat, we will find forms of how to convey signals related to this absolutely unacceptable, blatant case, another manifestation of a sharply anti-Russian course," Ryabkov added.
