Azerbaijan has shown a successful example of chairmanship in the Non-Aligned Movement, First Deputy Foreign Minister of Kazakhstan Kairat Umarov said at the Ministerial Meeting of the Coordinating Bureau of the Non-Aligned Movement in Baku, Enews informs.
“The Bandung agreements are very important, they contain the basic principles for ensuring security and cooperation,” Umarov said.
He spoke about the vigorous activity of Kazakhstan in the UN and about the country’s initiatives for the rational use of nuclear energy around the world, while noting that Kazakhstan adheres to the peaceful use of nuclear energy.
