Russian President Vladimir Putin will discuss Ukraine with the African leaders at the Russia-Africa summit on July 28, Presidential Aide Yuri Ushakov told reporters on Tuesday.
"Despite the opposition of Western countries, despite the pressure exerted, which is very tough at times, we still manage to hold the second Russia-Africa summit in this situation," Ushakov added.
Moreover, according to the Russian official, the participation of African leaders confirms their desire to bolster ties with Moscow "no matter the circumstances."
