Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak on Sunday announced that Kiev will start negotiations with Washington on a bilateral document regarding security guarantees next week.
The proposed negotiations aim to establish concrete assurances and support from the United States to bolster Ukraine's security and sovereignty, according to the official. "These guarantees will be valid until Ukraine joins NATO, which is the most reliable guarantee of security," he stated.
