United States House Speaker Kevin McCarthy called on Sunday for the country's President Joe Biden to be impeached.
McCarthy said that Republican-led investigations into Biden's and his son Hunter's foreign business dealings showed that such a step is needed. "If you look at all the information we have been able to gather so far, it is a natural step forward that you would have to go to an impeachment inquiry," he told Fox News.
Earlier this month, McCarthy insisted the GOP will "leave no stone unturned to get to the truth" concerning Hunter Biden's alleged foreign payments after the House Committee on Oversight and Accountability's probe concluded that the Biden family received over $20 million in payments from "foreign sources."
