"Armenia does not always act like a partner at all," said Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko as he delivered a speech at the meeting of the CIS Council of Heads of State held in Kyrgyzstan's capital Bishkek, Ednews reports.
"Initially, Georgia left the Commonwealth, Ukraine is de facto not with us. There are huge questions regarding Moldova. And Armenia, unfortunately, does not always act like a partner at all," the Belarusian leader noted.
