The Michigan Supreme Court dismissed on Wednesday the 14th Amendment challenge against former United States President Donald Trump.
In an order, the court said that it was "not persuaded that the questions presented [in an appeal citing the Insurrection Clause] should be reviewed by this court."
Trump will, thus, remain on the Michigan 2024 primary ballot. Previously, the Colorado Supreme Court announced that the ex-head of state would be removed from its ballot.
