President Ilham Aliyev has congratulated the people of Azerbaijan on the liberation of the Aghdam region.

 

Eurasia Diary reports that the head of state said this in the address to the nation today.

 

“Dear compatriots! I sincerely congratulate you on the liberation of the Aghdam region. I heartily congratulate all the people of Agdam. Dear people of Agdam, you are no longer a refugee. You will return to your native lands", President said.
