"According to the organization, nine arrests, two searches, and two fines were recorded during the reporting period. Thirty cases of the violation of the right to a fair trial were registered. There were also 16 cases of the violation of the right to the highest attainable standard of physical and mental health," the statement reads.
It notes that eight out of nine arrests were committed against Crimean Tatars, two out of two raids were committed against Crimean Tatars, one of two fines was issued against a Crimean Tatar, and 29 out of 30 cases of the violation of the right to a fair trial were recorded with respect to the indigenous Crimean Tatar people.
In addition, in July, the Crimean Tatar Resource Center recorded 16 cases of the violation of the right to the highest attainable standard of physical and mental health, 14 of which were committed against Crimean Tatars.
The report states that two Crimean Tatars went missing in Russia-occupied Crimea in July - Osman Adzhiosmanov, 19, disappeared on July 2, and Ayder Dzhemalyadinov, 23, went missing on June 26. Later, both young men were found dead.
