Russian President Vladimir Putin accused Kiev of treating the people it sends on the battlefield as strangers, Ednews informs via foreign media.
"I sometimes look at what the other side is doing, and I have the impression that these are not their people at all, those whom they push forward into the minefields, under our artillery strikes. They act as if they are not their citizens at all," Putin stated during a meeting with the acting head of the Lugansk People's Republic (LPR), Leonid Pasechnik.
Meanwhile, the president mentioned that "the situation on the line of contact is stable."
