“The Chinese government has provided and is providing supplies to 127 countries and four international organizations, including surgical masks, protective gears, and testing kits,”- spokesman of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of China,  Zao Lijian said.

According to Zao Lijian,   China donated 20 million U.S. dollars to the WHO, sent 13 medical teams to 11 countries and held over 70 video conferences with experts from more than 150 countries and international organizations. Moreover, localities, enterprises and civil groups in China have also donated medical supplies to more than 100 countries, regions and international organizations.

It should be noted that the dozens of political analysts and medical experts across world have appreciated the role of China in fighting global virus and its humanitarian aid that it has reached to countries around the world.

American political analyst Dennis Etler is one of them praising the activity that China carry out in strong combat with COVID-19.

Speaking to EDNews.net, Dennis Etler noted that China has demonstrated its leading role in the world during the transformation of the COVID-19 pandemic.

“China was the first to be attacked, but it has led developing strategies and tactics to defeat it. It gave the world time enough to prepare for its onslaught, but its warning went unheeded,” – Etler said.

“Beijing has also developed the means to contain and control the novel coronavirus, but much of the world did not heed its warning or adopt the necessary policies to combat it,” he added.

According to view of political analyst, China has achieved initial victory over the pandemic within its own borders, and it will remain vigilant to implement programs to prevent re-emergence of coronavirus. He also considered that China’s struggle with virus is a model for the global response to the pandemic.

“China’s experience, expertise and manufacturing wherewithal have enabled it to extend a helping hand to the rest of the world and in an unprecedented fashion has sent teams of medical experts, and medical supplies and equipment to countries throughout the world. It is best example in the demonstration of its humanitarian and international commitment to a world and all humanity,” Etler stressed.

Furthermore, Dennis Etler added that China has been always ready to reach helping hand to any country in plight of problems feel desperate for support.
