Kasirga – the most powerful and long-range MLRS of the Turkish army. The caliber of the system is 302 mm, the firing range is up to 100 kilometers. Thus, while in Idlib, Kasirga can attack targets in provinces such as Aleppo, Hama and Latakia, which are controlled by the Syrian army.
Turkey began to actively build up its military group in Idlib amid an active offensive by the Syrian army in January-February.
