A report from Conflict Intelligence Team (CIT) detected a Russian field military camp in Voronezh oblast (southern Russia). It is a couple hundred kilometers away from the border with Ukraine.

Having examined videos in social networks, where the movement of troops is showed, the team found out that the military vehicles arrives in Voronezh oblast. The forces are concentrated in the camp to the south of Voronezh, that's 250 kilometers away from the border with Ukraine's Kharkiv and Luhansk regions. Besides, another group of military units could be stationed not far from Ostrogozhsk, 150 kilometers away from the border with Ukraine. According to CIT, military cargo trains are unloaded at Maslovka and Trisvyatskaya railroad stations, near Voronezh.

According to the investigation team, Russian military deployed a camp in Voronezh oblast, with a field hospital and a kitchen. The CIT assumes it could be one of the places to build up the troops.

The Russian government claims that the movement of their forces does not pose any threats to Ukraine, and Moscow has the right to perform maneuvers on its territory, writes ВВС.

Head of the CIT Ruslan Leviev, the Russian military command deploys various kinds of forces in Voronezh oblast; that includes motorized infantry units, artiillery, airborne troops. They arrive from all over Russia - from Siberia, the Northern Caucasus, particularly Dagestan, and central part of the country as well.

"It's a new camp, which is only being shaped in the recent days. But it's already big enough. Local residents say it's a field of 3-4 kilometers in length; it's completely loaded with military vehicles", Leviev said.

He added it was the largest build-up of Russian Armed Forces on the border with Ukraine since 2014-2015.

Earlier, Chief Intelligence Department of Ukraine's Defense Ministry stated that the Russian Federation was ready for large-scale provocations against Ukraine, including the offensive actions, aiming to proceed into the Ukrainian territory.
