ANAMA employee was hit by a mine in Agdam

An employee of the Azerbaijan National Agency for Mine Action (ANAMA) fell into a mine in the Agdam region.

Eurasia Diary reports citing APA that the incident took place in the liberated Bash Garvand village of Agdam. 

ANAMA employee Farid Aliyev, who cleared the road to Agdam, has been injured as a result of mine explosion.

The injured man has been hospitalised immediately.

It should be noted that on July 27, Bahruz Nasirov, an employee of the Azerbaijan National Agency for Mine Action, has been sent to Mehdili village of Jabrayil region in search of unexploded ordnance and suffered various injuries as a result of an anti-personnel mine.
