Russian Armed Forces destroyed 48 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) over the past day in the Kupiansk region, TASS reported, citing the head of the press center of the troops involved, Ivan Bigma.
Russian forces also inflicted 145 casualties on the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the region during the same period, destroying two BMP-1 infantry fighting vehicles, four artillery pieces, a mortar crew and two pickup trucks.
Additionally, the Special Operations Forces (SOF) of the AFU reported on Thursday in a post on Telegram that soldiers belonging to the 73rd Naval Special Operations Center "died after completing a special task." The report did not specify the number of soldiers killed in action.
