The Hamas-controlled Government Media Office in the Gaza Strip reported on Friday that the number of Palestinians killed in the ongoing conflict with Israel has reached 30,228
According to the ministry's latest estimate, a total of 71,377 individuals have sustained injuries since October 7. Furthermore, Ashraf al-Qudra, the spokesperson for the ministry, stated that within the past 24 hours alone, 193 Palestinians have lost their lives and 920 have been wounded. The increase in numbers can largely be attributed to the Israeli Defense Forces' attack on civilians during an aid distribution mission.
"A large number of victims are still under the rubble and on the roads. The occupation forces are preventing ambulances and civil defense teams from reaching them," the ministry said in a statement.
