On April 25, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received Feridun Sinirlioğlu, Secretary General of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe.
According to the EDnews of the President of Azerbaijan, the meeting focused on cooperation between Azerbaijan and the OSCE, as well as issues related to regional security and the ongoing peace process.President Aliyev emphasized the importance of the OSCE’s potential role in ensuring stability and security in the region. He also provided detailed information about Azerbaijan’s peace initiatives and the country’s efforts in post-conflict reconstruction and development in the liberated territories.
Secretary General Feridun Sinirlioğlu expressed his gratitude for the hospitality extended by the Azerbaijani leadership and reaffirmed the OSCE’s readiness to contribute to lasting peace and cooperation in the region.The meeting was held in a constructive and cooperative atmosphere, highlighting the mutual interest in strengthening dialogue and partnership.
