Azerbaijan's foreign policy has always envisaged normal, equal and mutually beneficial cooperation with all partners. After the 44-day Patriotic War, the new realities that have formed in the region have also created new opportunities for cooperation. On the other hand, against the backdrop of complex geopolitical processes taking place in the world, Azerbaijan attracts attention as a reliable and, most importantly, predictable partner. It is for this reason that China, considered the world's economic giant, has chosen Azerbaijan in the South Caucasus.
EDnews reports that at the same time, our southern neighbor Iran is also interested in the normal development of relations with Azerbaijan, despite all the tensions that have occurred so far.
The President of the mentioned country, Masoud Pezeshkian, declared in Baku that “we can cooperate in all areas. We can create a region, establish such a relationship between countries that would be superior to the relations between European countries”. That is, official Tehran also attaches importance to Azerbaijan as a reliable partner.
It is worth recalling that the President of Georgia also made his first foreign visit to Azerbaijan, which showed the strategic nature of Azerbaijani-Georgian relations.
Also, the visit of the new Prime Minister of Belarus, Alexander Turchin, to our country shows that official Minsk is interested in deepening cooperation with Baku. Relations between Azerbaijan and Belarus have always been based on strong friendship and mutual trust. The fact that A. Turchi made one of his first visits to Azerbaijan after his appointment as Prime Minister is an indicator of close partnership relations.
