A court in Israel has postponed a planned hearing for Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu due to the resumption of military operations in the Gaza Strip.
According to a report by Israel’s “Ynet” portal, the Prime Minister submitted a request for the delay, which was approved by the court with the consent of the Attorney General. The hearing was expected to include testimony from Netanyahu regarding his statements.
On March 18, the Israeli Army announced that it had carried out extensive strikes on Hamas-controlled terror sites in the Gaza Strip. Netanyahu’s office confirmed the resumption of military operations against Hamas in the enclave.
