Kyrgyzstan to continue border talks with Tajikistan - government

The talks on delimitation and demarcation of the border with Tajikistan will be continued, chief of the government’s press service Chingiz Esengul uulu told AKIpress.

The working groups are continuing their work.

President Sooronbai Jeenbekov has dismissed Vice Prime Minister Jenish Razakov this morning. Razakov supervised border related issues.

It was reported earlier the topographic working groups of the two countries should formulate options of equal land exchange between Batken district of Kyrgyzstan and Isfara town of Tajikistan in Samarkandek and Kok-Tash areas before 1 March 2020.
