Germany congratulates Armenia and Azerbaijan on taking bold steps and building trust, said Steffen Hebestreit, the spokesman of the German Federal Government, Ednews reports.
"We are ready to support the future normalization process based on mutual recognition of sovereignty, inviolability of borders, and territorial integrity," he added.
