Professor Naciye Selin Senocak has been appointed to the Academic Council Board Member of Dialogue of Civilizations Research Institute, which is responsible for the reconstruction of the United Nations.

Professor Naciye Selin Senocak holds PhD on Political Sciences and she is Chair Holder of UNESCO Cultural Diplomacy, Governance and Education, Armenia-Azerbaijan Civil Peace Platform Steering Committee Board Member, Director of Diplomatic and Strategic Studies Center (CEDS Turkey), Board of Governor Member Jain University (SCLE) India Bangalore, Researcher for the European Leadership in Cultural, Science and Innovation Diplomacy (EL-CSID), President of KARAD (Black Sea Women Association for Sustainable Development).
She has received the "Inspiration Award" from the Women's Influence Association at the 2008 Davos Summit for her efforts to protect oppressed Muslim nations around the world.
The International Eurasia Press Fund (IEPF), the highest-ranking member of the NGO sector of the UN Economic and Social Council, has been cooperating with prof. N. Senocak for a long time. Ms. Senocak visited Azerbaijan several times and discussed issues of internationally important topics with the president of the IEPF Umud Mirzayev. She shared her valuable views on many topical issues related to conflict and disputes in order to maintain peace in the world, which is the mission of the IEPF.
In 2018, Prof. Naciye Selin Senocak gave an open lecture at the IEPF office on "From Cultural Imperialism to National Branding: The Challenge of EU Cultural Diplomacy". She spoke about the pros and cons of cultural diplomacy which could threatens the stability of the world in the peace process and explained how cultural diplomacy can affect states in the future. She noted that cultural diplomacy is a key component for the integration of people into different societies, as well as the need to take this diplomacy very seriously from different points of view. During her presentation, Senocak stressed how in some cases Western cultural diplomacy is hidden behind a fake stage.
"We have seen in many cases that various interest groups are behind double standards in their claims of human rights and freedom of expression. It is just one of the types of pressures involving a number of international organizations and the media industry," Senocak said.
Currently, the institute, where Naciye Selin Senocak is a new member, is a think tank that solves important problems facing the international community, researching and developing new proposals. Its main strategy is preparing policy development proposals and maintaining contacts with a wide range of international experts. Dialogue of Civilizations Research Institute also provides an independent forum that allows people from all over the world to work together to develop the basic principles of dialogue, as well as analysis for national and international political leaders and institutions.
