Transfer rumours - Real Madrid to think offering Manchester United up to three players for Paul Pogba

Sport A- A A+

According to Fox Sports, Real Madrid are weighing up a triple player swap to tempt Manchester United into selling them Paul Pogba — with Gareth Bale, James Rodriguez and Isco all on the chopping block.

And in a move that will surely upset the Old Trafford faithful, a former Manchester United boss has encouraged target Matthijs de Ligt to join rivals City.

Real Madrid are considering offering Manchester United three big-name players in the hope of landing Paul Pogba.

According to reports from the Daily Mail and the Times, the La Liga heavyweights are willing to offer up Gareth Bale, Isco and James Rodriguez.

Zinedine Zidane is desperate to sign $144m-rated World Cup winner Pogba — so desperate that he’s willing to sell $312m worth of talent to get his man.

Midfield general Pogba sparked rumours of a potential move earlier in the year after describing Real Madrid as “a dream club”.

Los Blancos boss Zidane is also looking to secure a deal with Chelsea for Eden Hazard’s services — with a fee of $210m reportedly agreed.

Ultimately, Bale, Isco and James are all on the chopping block with the Spanish giants planning a huge squad overhaul following an underwhelming season domestically and in Europe.
