Based on the results of the review, the US International Trade Commission didn’t stop the suspended anti-dumping investigation on the supply of uranium from Russia and retained the current conditions for the supply of this product to the US market.

The document states that “the termination of the suspended investigation into uranium from Russia could lead to continued or repeated material damage to the US industry for a reasonably foreseeable time.”
At the end of December, the US Department of Commerce came to the same conclusion. The decision of the commission is final.
