United States President Joe Biden will attend the Group of Seven (G7) Leaders' Summit in Hiroshima, Japan, from May 19 to May 21 and will later travel to Australia for a meeting of the Quadrilateral Security Dialogue, commonly known as the Quad, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre announced in a statement, Ednews reports Teletrader.

The G7 is expected to discuss pressing global issues, including Ukraine aid, tackling the dual food and climate crises, promoting inclusive and resilient economic growth, and leading a clean energy transition globally, according to Jean-Pierre.

At the Quad Leaders' Summit, Biden will meet with Japanese Prime Minister Kishida Fumio, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese. With them, Biden is expected to discuss issues affecting the people of the Indo-Pacific, including maritime domain awareness.
