Chairman of the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye Mustafa Şentop handed over his powers to Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) chairman Devlet Bahçeli, Ednews reports.
Devlet Bahçeli will serve as the temporary chairman of the Turkish Parliament until the election of a new chairman.
Mustafa Şentop wished Bahçeli success in his new position.
