Chairman of the State Council of the self-proclaimed Republic of Crimea Vladimir Konstantinov told RIA Novosti on Sunday that the institution he leads is planning to discuss the possibility of holding Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky of sabotage and terrorism due to Kiev's alleged blockade of the peninsula.
Konstantinov claimed that the Republic of Crimea's parliament collected proof that Kiev disrupted the peninsula's food, water, and energy transfer and transport.
"We will focus on the terrorist acts they committed against Crimea, the murders they committed in Crimea. We are talking, first of all, about the drones that they send to the peninsula ... about everything they do, setting their saboteurs on us," he said, labeling Zelensky's administration as "Nazi drug addicts."
