Russian President Vladimir Putin in a phone conversation with South African President Cyril Ramaphosa during which they discussed the Black Sea grain deal, the Kremlin announced on Saturday.
Regarding the grain deal, Putin emphasized to his counterpart that the commitments to remove barriers to Russian food and fertilizer exports have not been met yet. "Moreover, the main goal of the deal, namely the supply of grain to countries in need, including on the African continent, has not been implemented," the statement read, according to Russian media.
