Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Nasser Kanani told Washington on Monday to stop blaming Tehran for the Hamas' operation against Israel on October 7.
Speaking at the regular press briefing, Kanani underscored that Israel "crossed all red lines" with its attacks on the Gaza Strip, which left over 8,000 people killed, calling for the investigation of the "crimes" committed against the Palestinian people.
Over the past three weeks, the United States has continued to accuse Iran of being involved in the Hamas' attack on Israeli territory, which resulted in over 200 people being taken hostage.
