Special Prosecutor Robert Hur, charged with investigating classified documents improperly held for years by the Democrat, has decided not to charge him. To justify his decision, he explained that he had not gathered sufficient evidence. It also points to the failing memory of the American president, who is standing for re-election.
Ednews reports the news citing Le Monde.
The magistrate investigated classified documents held without authorisation by the Democrat before his election. Mr Hur concluded that he did not have enough evidence for an indictment, even if these archives had been wrongly kept. In his lengthy report, the prosecutor wrote the following to justify his decision: "We also considered that, at the time of a trial, Mr Biden would probably present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview with him, as an elderly, sympathetic and benevolent man with a poor memory."
Very upset about the media coverage of the report, Joe Biden appeared before journalists for an unscheduled appearance at around 8pm. He dismissed any reference to his failing health - "my memory is fine" - and was about to leave the room after ten minutes, when he turned back to talk about the ongoing hostage negotiations in Gaza. He then mentioned "the President of Mexico, Sissi". Who is the President of Egypt.
