Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky continued to reshuffle the country's military leadership on Friday.
In a social media post, he announced that Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Lieutenant General Serhiy Shaptala will be replaced by Major General Anatoliy Barhylevych.
Yesterday, Colonel-General Oleksandr Syrskyi was named the new commander-in-chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, succeeding Valeriy Zaluzhny.
