Armenia has not yet withdrawn from the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), the Chief of the General Staff of the Armenian Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Edvard Asryan, said at a briefing, Ednews informs via TASS.
He added that he cannot comment on the consequences of the country’s withdrawal from the CSTO, since this is a state secret.
Earlier, Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan, answering a question from an opposition MP, said that the freezing of relations with the CSTO also means the absence of an Armenian permanent representative to the organization.
