Chinese President Xi Jinping stated on Tuesday while speaking at the annual National People's Congress that the country is preparing "major" measures that would help "deepen reforms in all-round way."
Previously, Chinese Premier Li Qiang announced that Beijing's gross domestic product growth target for 2024 was set at "about 5%," while the military budget should increase by 7.2%.
