Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan insisted on Wednesday that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will be "brought to justice and pay the price for the war crimes he committed," according to Turkey's Anadolu Agency. Previously, Erdogan called Netanyahu the "master butcher" of Gaza, referring to the high number of civilian Palestinian casualties since the start of the current Israel-Hamas conflict.
Erdogan also claimed that Netanyahu "is on the verge of waving the white flag," alleging that Israel would not be able to attack Gaza without the support of Western countries, especially the United States. He also commented on Israel's intent to target Hamas leaders in other countries, warning that "if they dare something like this in Turkey, they will pay a heavy price from which they cannot recover."
