The Israeli occupation military confirmed that one of its troops was killed in battles with the Palestinian Resistance in the Gaza Strip, raising the number of soldiers killed since the start of the war on October 7 to 574, Ednews reports citing Al Mayadeen.
The occupation military identified the soldier as Staff Sergeant Simon Shlomov from the 202nd battalion of the Paratrooper Brigade.
According to Israeli media, Shlomov was killed Sunday during battles in the southern part of the Gaza Strip.
