On May 17, the 5th Autism Festival, organized by the Azerbaijan Autism Association in partnership with “Sea Breeze”, will take place in Baku.The festival program includes a grand opening ceremony, a concert, an exhibition of crafts by children with special abilities, thematic zones in various creative and training areas, and presentations of projects from rehabilitation and educational institutions.

“EDnews” reports that the event will be held from 10:00 to 18:00 at Fountain Square on Nigar Rafibeyli Street. According to the organizers, the goal of the festival is to support the social integration of people with autism, demonstrate their creative abilities and raise public awareness about autism spectrum disorder.

The wide audience of the festival will be representatives of state institutions, entrepreneurs, public figures, bloggers, as well as children and young people with their families.The Azerbaijan Autism Association is an association established to coordinate efforts in the areas of support, rehabilitation, and social integration of individuals with autism.
