Cuba’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs has congratulated Azerbaijan on the 33rd anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations.
This was shared on the official Twitter page of the Cuban Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
"We reaffirm our readiness to further expand political and economic relations based on the historic ties of friendship between our peoples,” the post stated.
