US citizens in Qatar advised to stay home until further notice

The US Embassy in Qatar has instructed its citizens in the country not to leave their place of residence until further notice, EDnews informs referring to The Times of Israel.

The embassy sent an email to US citizens in Qatar.

The recommendation was given for precautionary reasons.
