Shahnazaryan also reminded that Lavrov noted the lowest level of Armenian-Russian relations in history.

Armenia not only has the lowest level of relations with its strategic partner Russia, but the same situation is observed in relations with the United States, where there is no agenda at all. The former minister also praised the statement of Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov: "If this was done in relation to another state, I would say it is ridiculous, but in this case it is tragic. Such an approach is unacceptable in international relations, and nowhere in the world is the Pashinyan government taken seriously. Putting aside whether Lavrov is right or wrong, they do not speak to the allies in this manner and style. "
