Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has revealed the factor, preventing peace with Azerbaijan.
Armenian PM has related it to the Declaration of State Sovereignty of Armenia in his interview with Public Radio of Armenia, Ednews reports.
Pashinyan has brought to attention that the Declaration of State Sovereignty, which also deals with Garabagh, is an obstacle to peace.
"If the state policy of Armenia is based on the Declaration of State Sovereignty, the unification of Garabagh and Armenia, we will have war and we will never achieve peace," he stressed.
