There is no final decision on the start of border delimitation with Azerbaijan in Tavush; consensus is needed on all issues, said Deputy Prime Minister of Armenia Mher Grigoryan, who arrived in parliament for a closed meeting with deputies on issues of delimitation and demarcation, Ednews informs referring to Sputnik-Armenia.
“Armenia and Azerbaijan can begin demarcation when security issues, as well as social, everyday and legal issues for residents of the border zones, have been resolved. Until a final decision is reached on these issues, there will be no decision to begin negotiations on border delimitation,” he noted.
Deputy prime ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia Shahin Mustafayev and Mher Grigoryan head a joint working group on delimitation issues, which holds periodic meetings.
