Azerbaijan's Central Election Commission (CEC) has registered 300 international observers to monitor the upcoming elections for the Milli Majlis, the country's parliament.
According to Ednews, CEC Chairman Mazahir Panahov told journalists that in addition to the international observers, around 80,000 local observers have also been registered, with the CEC expecting the number to surpass 100,000 by election day.
