During a meeting with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev in an expanded format, attended by both nations' delegations, Russian President Vladimir Putin emphasized the significance of working in a broad format, which provides opportunities for Baku and Moscow to outline steps for the near future.
President Putin highlighted the recent intergovernmental commission held just 10 days prior, which not only noted the development of bilateral relations but also pointed out the full implementation of agreements outlined in the corresponding declaration of 2022 and those reached during President Aliyev's visit to Russia in April of this year.
"Work in such a broad format gives opportunities to outline steps for the near future and in the long run," the Russian leader said.
